As an Ex. Member of the Zonal Railway Users’ Consultative Committee (ZURCC), Government of India, the responsibility included advising railway authorities on improving passenger services, ensuring better facilities, addressing public grievances, and monitoring the overall performance of the railway zone.
This role involved close coordination with officials, participation in review meetings, and representing the concerns of passengers to improve safety, efficiency, and comfort within the Indian Railways system.
